Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday. The twelve-course tasting menu is $285 per guest, service included. Pairings, à la carte at the bar, and private rooms are arranged separately.

Reservations
Open thirty days in advance, on the first of each month, at 9:00 am Pacific. We hold a small number of same-week seats for those who write — please email us if you wish to be added to the waiting list.
Dress
Smart attire. We do not require jackets, though many guests choose one. We ask that you refrain from athleisure, beachwear, and overpowering fragrance, in respect of the room and the cooking.
Children
Welcome from twelve years upward. The full menu is offered to every guest at the table — there is no shorter menu for younger diners.
Cancellations
We ask for 72 hours' notice for any cancellation or party-size change. A $150 per-guest charge applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations.
