How we handle your information, and the terms of a reservation at Lumière. Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, please write to us — we would rather explain than hide behind language.

What we collect

When you request a reservation, submit a private-dining inquiry, or write to us, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, telephone number, party size, and any notes you choose to share, such as allergies or the occasion.

How we use it

We use your information solely to arrange and confirm your reservation or event, to prepare for any dietary needs, and to reply to your message. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the payment processor that handles your refundable deposit.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are retained for up to twenty-four months so we may welcome returning guests warmly. You may ask us to correct or erase your details at any time by writing to reservations@lumiere.restaurant.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent for any marketing contact. We honour every such request within thirty days.

Reservation Terms

Deposit, cancellation, and the conditions of dining with us.

Deposit

A refundable deposit of $150 per guest secures a confirmed booking. It is credited in full to your final bill on the evening of your dinner.

Cancellation & changes

Cancellations or party-size reductions made with at least 72 hours’ notice are refunded in full. Inside 72 hours, or for no-shows, the deposit is retained per guest unaccounted for. We understand that life intervenes; please write to us and we will always do what we reasonably can.

The menu

Lumière serves a single twelve-course tasting menu that changes with the season. The full menu is offered to every guest at the table. We will adapt courses for allergies and dietary preferences given at least 48 hours’ notice.

The room

Smart attire is appreciated. We ask that guests be twelve years or older, and that mobile phones be silenced in respect of the room. Service is included in the menu price; gratuity is neither expected nor solicited.
